二、征文要求
1. 来稿内容应属于作者的科研成果，署名无争议，数据真实、可靠，具有较重要的学术价值且为未发表的研究成果。
2. 接收中/英文稿件，一般不超过8000字。

五、论文录用及发表
大会将评选出英文优秀论文刊登在JCIN期刊（EI检索）上，并当场颁发优秀论文证书及奖品，其他通过审核的论文将择优推荐到：
1. 人民邮电出版社与Springer合作的论文集CCIS（EI检索）；
2. 《通信学报》（EI检索）；
3. 《武汉大学学报(信息科学版)》（EI检索）
